I've booked twin/double room with shared bathroom and everything was superb. The setting was perfect, not far from airport as well as numerous food. The place was a short walk from Ostaria da Rioba, where you can have dinner.

We liked air conditioned rooms and good food.

By and large, it was incredible base for sightseeing in Venice, had much fun and met really helpful and very hospitable staff from our receptionist. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, right by restaurants and bars. The area had plenty of restaurants and cafés. The room was functional & brand-new, in water entry through the walls which resulted in a sigificant amount of water entering the bedroom.

Quiet courtyard. Good-sized room, great bathroom, excellent shower. Minibar, tea, and coffee. Delicious breakfast, helpful staff. Restaurants and bars within 100 yards. 15 minutes from airport bus stop, 10 minutes from water bus stop. 15-20 minute walk to St Marks square through lovely restaurants, little lanes, tempting shops.
